A. They should teach students how to communicate in five-sentence e-mails and with 10-slide PowerPoint presentations. If they just taught every student that, American business would be much better off.

Good advice. Using Blackberry as the main communication device, it forces me to write very short email. I find it pretty effective. It may read like burst of one or two line messages. And I tend to not read email that are too long.
