Singapore engineering grad's career switch to quant

You working in Singapore now? So you are thinking of taking MFE to upgrade your skills to deal with things in your current work?

Can enlighten me on what is back-testing? Thanks! :)

I'm aiming for 1500 and above. It seems that the current batch have very good GRE results. An average or low result would lower your chances due to the highly competitive admission.

I do not think there is a clear-cut cut-off for GRE or GMAT. They look at the application as a whole. A high score is helpful but do not guarantee entry. Similarly, a lower score does not mean one will definitely not be accepted.
