The team is working on finalizing all round 1 applications and will post decisions soon.

This is what they replied today. I guessing decisions are rolling out, and I am probably rejected without an interview

I am seeing a lot of decent profiles on the tracker getting rejections across all programs. Comparing with admitted candidates of previous years, they have stats (GPA, GRE, etc.) that are fairly competitive.

I think the competition has just gone crazy this year.

Don’t be discouraged. I just got waitlisted with a checklist to complete and I didn’t even have an interview

I also got a preparation checklist that wasn't there yesterday. But I received no waitlist, and the checklist is completely empty. What does this mean?

I am curious if WL is a positive or negative sign compared to no feedback.

I’m assuming slightly positive because it appears that they have also given out direct rejections.

I think it becomes a matter of which candidates are willing to complete the checklist, so conversion is low in the sense that many accept other offers and give up on the checklist.

Even I have gotten a checklist but I did not get any mail with instructions on how to approach the items in the checklist.

Deadline for all courses to be completed by Oct except the pre-program courses and instructions that they will reach out for updates regularly. Some of these classes I’ve already taken or even have a research paper on so I might ask to take them off the list.

I had a blank prep page in the dropdown without an accompanying email too for about a week, not sure if its correlated with my result though

Yes I had my interview on Feb1, no update yet

I had it a while back too....this doesnt usually happen according to the tracker.....people usually get some feedback within a week's time

Even I have some courses that are already there on my transcript or I have already done them. How are you planning to convey this to them? Should an email suffice?

Email was my plan but even if they say no, a quick Coursera certificate on a subject I already know well should be a breeze.
