COMPARE UCLA MFE vs. UIUC MFE

I got admit offer from UCLA and UIUC MFE..can anyone comment on which program is better. I have got 5yrs of work experience

Which definitely helps but may not be enough to get a good job these days.
First, the OP needs to define the parameters. We can say X is better than Y because of the name and location. These are niche programs and there are plenty of subtle but important factors to take into consideration.

thanks ashok and Fred for your reply...this should help solve predicament to some extent....I am waiting to hear from Columbia Mathfin else I will have to go with UCLA
