Will stanford be on the ranking for 2013-2014 after their first placement?

Or will the program it have to wait until the next cycle of rankings (2015-2016 ) be added to the list?
 
How about USC? Would like to see the list be over 20 like US News Rankings. Perhaps 30-50 schools on there.
