NYC Drinks - QuantNet meet up?

I won't be able to make it to this one, but hopefully the turnout of new Baruch students this time is better than the measly turnout of three last time.

Yeah. 7pm at Campbell Apartment?

Hopefully there is a good turn out!

@Andy

Can you make a Facebook event for this ASAP please.

Did you even read the reviews on Yelp, Joy?
I have a very very bad feeling of this place.
Anyone with an iPhone can get this app and find some good candidate beer gardens for us?

If nothing works, let's go back to the last place we went. http://www.yelp.com/biz/1-republik-lounge-manhattan-2

I'm all for having a fun time meeting new members, regardless of how many people turn out.

As far as beer gardens go, the best I've been to is Studio Square in Astoria. It's a huge outdoor area with lots of tables and all sorts of specialty drinks and beer. Great place if the weather is good.

I just want it to be close to GCT. So that it's convinient for all.

I work next to the GCT and can say that pretty much any bar around here will be insanely packed at 6:30 PM. So, you gotta consider this while picking the place.

Near GCT is hardly a great place to go out. And besides, doing this near GCT only makes it convenient for some people, not others.
