Can you work as a software engineer for a financial company with a double major in math/physics? Or must you have completed a computer science engineering degree?

Another question...

(Other than software eng.) What other jobs am I likely to get with a double major in BS Math/BS Physics?

Is anyone looking for a job?

Figured I'd throw this here since you guys are talking about software engineering.

Akamai Jobs

They are a pretty major company however they aren't well known. They do a lot of work for basically anything you can think of. Give em a look, it's worth checking out.

I know some folks at Akamai and some folks who used to work there. It's a good company to work for.
