Objective:
Learning C++ programming for MFE application and also for future work in quantitative finance.
Programming experience: Almost none. Though I took C programming 7 years ago and learned some MATLAB, I have forgot most of them.
Current work: PhD student.
Intended pace of program: I am not sure, but I will try my best.

Programming Exp.: 10+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer - using multiple languages/technologies (C++, C#, Smalltalk, Oracle, DB2 and other RDBMS, Java etc. etc.)

Current Work: Trading/Hedging/Risk Management of client books comprising of spot Currencies and Commodities

Intended pace: Complete this as early as I possibly can. Current aim is to do it in 10 weeks.

Intended pace of program: I am going to try to do one level every 7-10 days until winter break. During that time, I will try to finish up most or all of the coursework before spring semester begins.
