I'm excited to be a part of this course!

Objective: To learn C++ prior to Master in Finance program either in Columbia (admitted) or MIT (waitlisted) (haven't decided yet since I'm still waiting for the update from MIT )

Programming experience: MATLAB for chemical engineering application, DACAPO code (Linux/Unix) (used in completing my undergraduate thesis on computational catalyst research)

Current work: Just graduated (getting ready for Master)

Intended pace of program: I intended to finish this program prior to the start of master program (July for MIT and September for Columbia)

Objective: To learn how quants code (or should code), and get some more hands-on experience in C++.
Programming experience: VBA, C++.
Current work: Quantitative analyst in internal audit in a bank in Denmark.
Intended pace of program: ASAP, although have to juggle the course with a full-time job, so it may turn out to be not so ASAP after all.
